Via Writtle village. Proceed through the village centre with the green on your left. At the end of the road by the Texaco service station turn right. Approximately half a mile on, past Writtle College on your left you will go over a hump back bridge. Indicate right immediately and turn into the Warren Estate as signed. The barrier will lift automatically. Keep left, follow the road round and park in front of the main house. Look over your right shoulder and we are in Unit 9a through the opening in the wall.
Via Roxwell road (A1060. Coming out of Chelmsford past the Radoni indian restaurant and Admirals Park. Proceed for a couple of miles straight over the traffic lights at the junction with Chignal Road. Past the BP service station and Horse and Groom pub. Turn left at the mini roundabout towards Writtle. 50 yards down on your left alongside 2 cottages is the entrance to Warren Estate (Please note, sign not visible from this direction).
